Telehealth

Telehealth is a modern way to access health care appointments through videoconferencing. The services I offer use a secure, dedicated practice management platform. This third-party platform provides a licence to use their practice management software, including telehealth (videoconferencing). During the booking process, you’ll be provided with more information about the platform, allowing you to make an informed decision. How it Works

STEP 1.
Complete Booking Form

Complete the booking form on the website. I will be in touch using the contact details you’ve provided to arrange a Discovery Videocall.

STEP 2.
Booking Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email. When it’s time for your Discovery Videocall, follow the joining instructions. You won't need to create an account.

STEP 3.
Discovery Videocall

We will have a 15 minute videocall where we will explore your different options and make sure the service is appropriate for your needs.

STEP 4.
Complete Screening Forms

If we’ve agreed to a service, we'll book our first appointment. Your next email will contain screening forms you'll be asked to complete beforehand.

Waiting Times

There may be times where I have no capacity to take on new clients, so if I'm not able to offer you a Discovery Videocall, or there is a wait time of over three weeks for an appointment, I'll aim to let you know and provide you with alternative options.

What You will Need

A Private Environment

You'll need a safe and private environment to make the most from your appointment.

An Email Address

You'll need a secure email address so you can receive booking confirmations and reminders.

An Internet Connection

You'll need an internet connection with sufficient speed and bandwidth to join your appointment.

A Capable Device

You'll need an internet web-browser and a device in good working order (desktop, phone, or tablet).

Necessary Permissions

You'll need to provide the necessary permissions to allow access to your camera and microphone.

General Requirements

You'll need to be over 18 years old and a resident in the United Kingdom.
