Mental Health Emergency

If you get to a point where you feel unable to keep yourself or other people safe because of your mental health crisis, this is a mental health emergency and it is important to act fast, do not wait, and do not ride it out.



  • Go straight to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) Hospital Department and let them know you're experiencing a mental health emergency.

  • If you don't think you can safely make it to A&E yourself, call 999 (UK only) to connect with emergency services, and let them know you're experiencing a mental health emergency, and you need immediate assistance.
