My Credentials

Counselling Psychology

I have a doctorate in counselling psychology and a degree in counselling. My areas of expertise include psychological therapy, the therapeutic process, and the process of psychological change.

Psychology and Science

I have a degree in psychology and science and an additional degree within neuroscience research providing a strong foundation of knowledge about the mind

and body relationship.

Counselling and Therapy

I'm trained in a broad range of theories, models, and approaches to therapy, and I aim to integrate these in a way that fits your needs rather than you having to adjust to fit a model.

Psychologically Informed

I have been involved in implementing psychologically informed ways of working, allowing me to weave the philosophy of wellbeing and care into the fabric of different organisational environments.

Mental Health

I have experience working across mental health care settings supporting people with a range of clinical diagnosis and presentations. I work in a transdiagnostic manner, which means while a diagnosis can be useful, therapeutically I want to work with you as a person not a label.
